Day 2
Meet with the local entrepreneurial scene
→ Meet with local vendors and farmers at a cultural food tour with Island Friend. Meet with other entrepreneurs at the French Chamber of Commerce Business Incubator. → Grab Lunch in Philipsburg. Meet with the St.Maarten’s Chamber of Commerce & Industry Team. → Enjoy a casual dinner at a restaurant in Grand Case! Many to choose from or if it is a Tuesday in February, March or April, you can discover and enjoy all the delicious dishes, the food trucks and restaurants for Grand Case Tuesday.

Share & pitch your idea !
→ Take a local and traditional breakfast at Les Délices Créoles, one the eldest restaurants in Marigot. → Pitch your company or idea at Van Dorp Spaces : Have a set up organized by the owners to pitch your project/expertise in front of 3+ members while eating lunch. → Enjoy a casual dinner at a restaurant in Grand Case! Many to choose from or if it is a Tuesday in February, March or April, you can discover and enjoy all the delicious dishes, the food trucks and restaurants for Grand Case Tuesday.
Day 4
All about Agribusiness
→ Visit the Guavaberry Colombie Tradition House and Meet the owners Mrs & Mr MACCOW : Gain a better understanding of how the traditional Guavaberry liqueur, jam and spice are made. Through September to December, you’ll be able to pick Guavaberries! → Grab lunch, a restaurant that promotes healthy eating habits with Caribbean recipes gluten and fat free, VitalByo. Meet Jah Bash, the founder of an organic rasta farm. Plant local fruits, vegetables and medical plants with him. → Enjoy a fine French dining experience at La Terrasse, the only rooftop restaurant in Saint-Martin.
Day 5
Healthy food business
→ Start the day with a local juice or healthy shake in Marigot at Exodus Juice Bar. Try an outdoor gym session at Waï Wild Gym : Immerse yourself in our outdoor fitness oasis, surrounded by the raw beauty of nature. Lunch: From the garden straight to the plate with Aux Métissés, meet Olivier the head chef behind “Aux Métissés”! He will delight your taste buds with mixing traditional recipes straight from his garden. → Meet Emmanuel Gimenez - Owner of the Golden Groove Farm - Local farm located in the green district of Colombier. 120 year old Historical landmark family owned and operated natural multicultural and livestock farm in the heart and soul of Colombier. → Choose a restaurant of your preference

Grab lunch with the planes before you leave!
→ Last breakfast at Chez Lainez, where you can eat a local breakfast and taste local pastries as well. → Grab your last lunch at Sunset Beach Bar and see the airplanes land and take off at Princess Juliana International Airport. → Depart from Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) with a heart full of culinary memories and a desire to return.
