Day 1

Sustainable Agriculture & Local Markets
→ Help Sint Maarten National Heritage Foundation & Museum continue to grow and flourish by donating and visiting. → Lunch at Top Carrot: This café in Simpson Bay offers a variety of healthy, vegetarian, and organic meals. Visit Farm4you, the largest aquaponic farm: The farm produces up to 1,900 heads of lettuce each week thanks to a system that combines fish farming with growing plants in water. They also grow mint and basil according to organic practices. → Dinner at Grand Case

Exploring the Marine Life & Eco-Parks
→ From the garden straight to the plate with Aux Métissés, meet Olivier the head chef behind “Aux Métissés”! He will delight your taste buds with mixing traditional recipes straight from his garden. → Kayaking in Simpson Bay Lagoon: Rent a kayak and explore the largest inland bay in the Caribbean, observing mangroves and diverse marine life. → Watch a sunset at Red Bay Beach or enjoy the 360° view.

Tintamarre Island & Eco-Tourism
→ Boat Trip to Tintamarre Island: Uninhabited island perfect for secluded beach experiences and snorkeling. → Picnic Lunch on Tintamarre Island: Pack an eco-friendly picnic. Explore the Island: Swim, snorkel, and relax on the beaches. → Enjoy a dinner at Orient Bay Village.
Day 6

Day 7
Relax & chill !
→ Visit Parrot Ville and learn about different kinds of birds and their role in the ecosystem. → Lunch at the beachfront in Maho Beach Relax at Little Bay Beach: Enjoy the calm waters and white sand. → Meet Sam Paul, founder and CEO of Eye Piece. With him you will explore the stars and cosmos in real time.
Day 8
Beach & Ocean Activities
→ Kayak to the beautiful island of Pinel. → Lunch at Karibuni, the only eco-friendly beachfront restaurant. → Enjoy Dinner at Bamboo House which focuses on sustainable practices and offers Asian fusion cuisine.
Day 9
Farewell to Saint-Martin/Sint-Maarten
→ Take a last local breakfast at Les Délices Créoles in Marigot → Visit Etika, a local eco-friendly shops for souvenirs located in Marigot or grab postcard at Espa Pop Up Shop also in Marigot → Head to the airport for your flight home, taking with you the memories of a wonderful eco-friendly journey.
