Is it open to every venture?

Our experiences are for startups, scaleups and organizations interested in creating value in and for the Caribbean region and its Diaspora, in ways that respects and values local ecosystems. We encourage the Diaspora to contribute, as we founded this business as people living in the Diaspora. We met many that needed a way to support the region in creative and sustainable ways.
As an incubator, accelerator or other type of ecosystem, you minimize the business failure potential of your cohort while offering to them the opportunity to create real value.

Do participants need to already run a business to make it?

Not even. Our travelers have different goals and start at different stages. Some may come to confront realities and receive instant feedback, some want to evaluate the market's readiness, while others look for business opportunities with local actors. We also have Universities sponsoring trips for their collaborators and students to gain insight on the region and its opportunities.

Is it possible to tailor a pre-made itinerary?

Absolutely! Once you man a choice, you are able to describe in details what you would like to find or experience. You will be in touch with your Guide that will suggest a series of activities and opportunities customized for you.

Is it possible to create an itinerary from scratch?

Most definitely. We count guides on many Caribbean territories. If you wish to travel on a territory where there is no pre-made itinerary yet, let us know via this link.

How many participants/founders do you recommend?

We facilitate 4-30 participants per learning expedition, to ensure your assigned Guide's reponsiveness. For a larger cohort, please mention it to our team.

Do you provide instalments?

Yes, we facilitate 1-3 installments without additional charges. In such a case you would need a valid credit card. Inform your Guide and you’re all set.

Are flight, accommodation and vehicle included or not?

Your Guide will validate options with you, from our partners range of services. Thus within your price-range and to the best of their knowledge.

What’s the Guide’s role during the trip?

Your Guide is not meant to drive you places but to pre-book everything for you and remain available for questions or concerns you may have. They may decide to come on location at one of the activities to document the process.

Do you offer extra support once the trip is done?

At the end of your trip, you benefit a 2h workshop with entrepreneurs and experts from Whistle team, who consulted for organizations such as Dior, AXA, Louis Vuitton, E42 and more. They are ready to help you make a concrete action plan, based off of what you already digested.
